The Accounting Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director of Finance and Operations. That will include clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. They will also help maintain the finance office and keep it running smoothly.
The Advancement Associate works under the direct supervision of the Director of Advancement, with a great deal of contact with the President and Vice President of Strategic Growth. This person coordinates and supports many of the activities of the Advancement Department. Some specific responsibilities include donor database management, grant writing/reporting, and special event and annual giving support.
The Advancement Director is responsible for leading, directing, coordinating, and executing the advancement plan approved by the President; leading philanthropic efforts to cultivate, ask, and steward donors for school initiatives; overseeing, developing, and implementing marketing and public relations/communication efforts of the school; and overseeing day-to-day operations of the school’s Advancement office.

Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Work Study Program or his/her designee, the Van Driver will be responsible for safely, professionally, and efficiently transporting students to and from work placements in Milwaukee, WI in a Cristo Rey Jesuit van and performing activities related to the operation of the van.
The Work Study Program Assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations within the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), including onboarding, training, supervising and incentivizing students, and communicating to students, families, and corporate job partners.
